Description Send an email to someone. They click the link and you can chat instantly off the mailmeeting website. The person you invite will not be required to install anything. They simply get your email with a link to the meeting waiting for them on mailmeeting.com - which you have created for them. You download the mailmeeting software, put in your information and theirs and then send the email using your Microsoft Outlook or other email that you use. It's a simple chat meeting, but the simplicity is it's advantage since the person you invite can ignore the meeting if they wish and not have to install an intrusive program. It also can send an email to your cell phone, alerting you that they have entered the meeting.
